Home Creations Harvest Pumpkin Dip Mix - This is the
dip for all of you pumpkin pie lovers that can't get enough. You
can dip fruit, graham crackers or any type of sweetened crackers
and cookies in our tasty Pumpkin Dip. NOTE: US ORDERS ONLY!
Harvest Pumpkin
Bars
1 pkg. Harvest Pumpkin Dip Mix
1/3 cup hot water
1/2 cup oil (or melted butter/margarine)
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans (chopped), optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x8 inch or 9x9 inch baking
pan. Place the Harvest
Pumpkin Dip Mix in a bowl and add hot water;
mix well with fork. Allow to set 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients
and mix well with spoon. Spread batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle
on cinnamon sugar if desired BEFORE baking. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes
or until it springs back when lightly touched.
Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Mix well; sprinkle over batter in pan.
You may also top with cream cheese frosting, if desired.
Cream Cheese Frosting:
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar.
Blend all ingredients in a small bowl with an electric mixer. Mix on
high until creamy. Spread frosting on top of cooled bars.

No Bake Pumpkin
Bar
1 pkg. Harvest Pumpkin Dip Mix
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. whipped topping (i.e. Cool Whip©)
36 gingersnaps (small wafer size)
4 Tbls. melted butter
4 Tbls. sugar
Place gingersnaps in blender and mix until they are fine crumbs. Place in
bowl and add butter & sugar and mix with fork. Lightly press crumbs into
7x12-inch pan.
Follow package directions to make Harvest
Pumpkin Dip. Once
prepared, fold in whipped cream. Spread prepared filling on top of gingerbread
crust. Chill 4 to 6 hours.
