All returns or exchanges must
be accompanied by the original sales receipt,
within 10 days of purchase. The Memory Zone
Scrapbook Store, LLC management makes all final
decisions whether or not an item may be returned.
Absolutely, NO CASH REFUNDS! Store credit will
be issued for ALL returns. Non returnable items
include but are not limited to: loose paper,
sticker modules, markers, pens, die cuts, and
other open stock items. Also, books, magazines,
punches, rubberstamps, stamp pads, archival
mist, and clearance items.
