Shipping & Delivery Policy
General Processing & Shipment
The Memory Zone Scrapbook Store, LLC, makes every
attempt to manage its inventory to ensure maximum
product availability for each order, however, this
is not always possible and no inventory system
is completely accurate. In some cases, for items
that we are having trouble stocking, we will place
a notice that the item ships in one or two weeks.
If an item is on backorder, and there is no notice
on the website, you will be notified via email
and given the option to keep the item on backorder,
cancel the backordered item, or replace it with
another item. This notification
may occur after the other items on the order have
been shipped. If
we ship a partial order, any backordered item(s)
will be shipped to you at no extra shipping charge
when the item(s) arrive in our store. Backordered
items will not be charged to your credit card until
they are shipped.
Most orders are shipped
with in 24 hours, orders received afternoon on
Friday or during the weekend, generally ship on
the following Monday. We conscientiously make every
effort to process and ship your order in a timely/secure
manner however, during very busy times, including
but, not limited to sales or promotion or holidays
processing may take an extra day or two. We appreciate
your understanding in this regard. Any major
delays will be posted on our site and you will be contacted.
Expedited Shipping
Delivery dates and times of
your order are subject to the delivery criteria
of our carriers. Flat rate and free shipping
is based on UPS ground and USPS first class or
priority at the discretion of The Memory Zone Scrapbook
Store. If you choose to guarantee priority or
any other expedited services please note preferred
shipping method in the special instructions area
at checkout, however additional charges will
be applied to your order. If you would like an
estimate of the shipping amount you may contact
us at 574-936-2070 or info@thememoryzone.com prior
to submitting the order. Please be advised these
charges can be quite high!
Damage Claims:
Please inspect packages upon arrival. You
must report any damages, missing items or missing
boxes to The Memory Zone Scrapbook Store, LLC
within 3 days of receiving your order.
It is
strongly suggested that you consider the purchase
of postal insurance, as The Memory Zone Scrapbook
Store, LLC can not be held responsible for
merchandise after it has been shipped, unless
it is insured. The following is a pricing chart
of coverage that can be added to your order
upon checkout.

If you notice any damage
to the shipping box upon delivery, report
it to the UPS driver and then report it directly
to UPS.
Items shipped via UPS are automatically
insured up to $100.00. The more insurance
can be purchased to increase the insured value.
After I report a damaged package to UPS, what
should I do with the package?
After you report the damaged package, retain
the original carton, its contents and all packing
materials until advised otherwise by UPS or

What happens when a reported package problem
results in a claim?
When a reported package problem results
in a claim, a Damage/Loss Notification
Letter will be sent to the shipper of record.
The letter will provide the shipper with
a claim number and instructions for submitting
the necessary supporting documentation.
How long will UPS take to investigate damage
or find my lost package?
The investigation and location processes
each take approximately seven to 10 business
days.

We will not replace damaged merchandise
unless the package has been inspected by
UPS. Your replacement will be shipped once
we have been issued a claim number from
UPS.
Your satisfaction is most important
to us, if a mistake has been made on your
order please notify us and we will take
care of it in a timely manner. In the event
that we make an error, we will of course
gladly authorize the return of incorrect
or defective merchandise and pay for the
return shipping costs.

Shipping Rates:
(Actual shipping rates will be added to the
total during payment processing.)
All orders
shipped within the continental U.S. will
be charged actual shipping up to $75 at which
point shipping is Free. Some exclusion may
apply but, will be noted. (i.e. (but not
limited to) Quickutz Magpie and large totes).
International Shipping:
All orders outside the U.S.A. will be charged
actual shipping.
When an order is changed to
processing status you will receive a email
showing the status and any notes that may
pertain to the order including any back ordered
items. You will also see the actual amount
to be charged to your card at this time.
Pre-Order Items:
Pre order items will ship when they become
available, it is the discretion of The Memory
Zone Scrapbook Store, LLC, to determine if
the entire order should be held for the PRE
ORDERED items. Please keep this in mind when
placing orders with PRE ORDER items. You may
want to place a separate order containing currently
available items.
