What a GREAT use of the Circle
Scissors Deluxe!
Circles can be a fun added
embellishment in scrapbooking. You can use
them alone, for baseballs or bubbles, or you
can use them as a mat for your pictures. Many
people enjoy using circle cutters and templates
to resize their photographs, whether they're
using circle mats or not. Since circles are so
widely used in scrapbooking, it's important to
know how to cut them properly. Whether using
a specialty tool or a pencil and scissors, keep
in mind the most attractive circles are those
with nice, clean edges.
You can journal in circles or add flowers/other
small embellishments to enhance or your circles.
